Brandy Hamilton

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz  Cream
1 oz Dark Creme De Cacao

Method: Add Cognac, dark crème de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Nutcracker

1 oz Dark Rum
1 1/2 oz Baileys Almande
1/2 oz Aquafaba
1 oz Oat Milk
1 tsp Sugar

Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds before adding ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or punch glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and sliced almonds. 

Whiskey in Wonderland

1 1/2 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
1 tsp Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg Yolk
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 oz Whole Milk
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch ground Cinnamon and Nutmeg

Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker then add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or punch glass and garnish with a pouch filled with salted honey Virginia peanuts.

Rockefeller Rink

2 oz Jack Daniels Triple Mash
1/2 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for around 20 seconds and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with 3 cocktail cherries on a pick.

Winter Rose

3 oz Rose Wine
1 1/2 oz Cran-Cherry Juice
1/2 oz Macadamia Nut Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into an ice filled cocktail glass and garnish with sugared cranberries. 

Spread the Cheer

 1 oz Cognac
1 oz Apple Cider Liqueur
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1 oz Apple Cider
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon Juice

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Strain into a glass with a large cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel.

Fall White Ukranian

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Method: Combine ingredients into glass over ice. Stir lightly. For homemade pumpkin spice creamer, combine 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Orange Peel

3/4 oz Spiced Rum
1 1/4 oz Almond Liqueur
1 1/4 oz Orange Juice
1 1/4 oz Half and Half

Method: Fill a cocktail shaker with 1/2 cup ice. Add almond liqueur, rum, orange juice and half and half. Shake well. Pour into lowball glass. If desired, garnish with an orange peel.

Mingle Mule

1 1/2 oz Bare Zero Proof Gin
1/2 oz lime juice
3 dashes walnut bitters
3 oz  ginger beer
1 whole walnut

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice then add non alcoholic Spirit, lime juice and bitters. Top off with Ginger beer and stir gently to combine. Garnish with candied ginger.

Tequila Apple Cider

1 1/2 oz tequila reposado
3/4 oz  grade A dark maple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz hot apple cider

Method: In a heat resistant mug, add the tequila, maple syrup and lemon juice, then pour over hot apple cider to fill the mug. Stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon and star anise.

Winterville

1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz honey cinnamon cordial
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 oz ginger beer

Method: Pour ingredients over ice in a mixing tin, shake and strain over a big cube (if you have one!) in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist. 

French 75

1 oz gin
2 oz sparkling wine
2 dashes simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice

Method: Shake gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into chilled champagne flute; top with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel. For additional color, add a cherry.
