Old Fashioned Ancho Reyes

1 Oz Bourbon
1 Oz
Ancho Reyes (or any Chile Liquer)
1/4 Oz
Simple Syrup
2 Dashes
Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes
Orange Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Add an orange peel (optional).

Pineapple Ghost Pepper Martini

3 oz  Ghost Pepper Vodka (or any Spicy Vodka)
1/2 oz  Vermouth
1/2 oz  Pineapple Juice

Method: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake all ingredients well, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Add a pineapple wedge if desired (Optional).

Spicy Mango Lemonade

2 oz  Lemon Vodka
3/4 oz Mango Habanero Barmalade
4 oz  Club Soda

Method: In a shaker with ice, combine vodka and Mango-Habanero Barmalade. Shake. Pour into a rocks glass and top with club soda. Add with a lemon slice (optional).

Jean in Blue

1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz  Ginger Syrup
1 oz  Lime Juice

Method: Add Mezcal, Curaçao, ginger syrup and lime to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into and old fashioned glass and garnish with a charred whole jalapeño.

Tini in a Trail

2 oz Potato Vodka
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 Sprig Dill

Method: Add vodka, dry vermouth and a sprig of dill to a mixing glass, then add ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with a grilled potato “chip” skewered with a sprig of fresh dill. Drizzle with a few drops of fine olive oil.

Outlaws on the Loose

1 1/2 oz Peach Whiskey
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 slice grilled peach

Method: In a tall glass, add the whiskey, maple syrup and lemon juice, then add the grilled peach slices and muddle. Fill the glass with ice and stir well to combine. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.

Hold 'em Down

1 1/2 oz Cold Brew Moonshine
1 oz  Limoncello
3 oz Coconut Flavored Sparkling Water

Method: Add moonshine and limoncello to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Saddle 'em Up

2 oz Apple Pie Moonshine
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Method: First rim your glass by first dipping it into BBQ Sauce then rimming it with BBQ dry rub, then set your glass aside. Add moonshine, honey syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled then strain over fresh ice in your BBQ rimmed glass. Garnish with a slice of Jerky.

Apple Sour Rose

1 1/2 oz Apple Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine

Method: Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake it very hard, Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve with brandied cherries.

Cranberry Smash

2 oz Cranberry Vodka
4 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Ginger Beer

Method: Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Pour cranberry juice and the flavored vodka over ice and fill with ginger beer.

Butter Pecan Old Fashioned

1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Butter Pecan Moonshine
1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
6 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 20 seconds, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large cube. Garnish with raw pecans.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1 oz Vanilla Vodka
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 dash Grenadine

Method: Add the vodka and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a glass. Add one dash of grenadine down the side of the glass.
